Eligible Returns
Returns or replacements may be requested for books that arrive damaged, defective or different from the confirmed order. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Condition Requirements
Books must be unused, unmarked and returned with their original packaging where possible. We cannot accept returns for books damaged after delivery, personalised items or items marked as non-returnable.

Refunds and Replacements
After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund according to the item and order conditions. Online payments are refunded to the original payment method; refund timing depends on your bank.

Institutional and bulk orders follow the return or replacement terms confirmed in the quotation.
